SHEPHERDING THE SHEPHERDS – PARTNERSHIP

In order to build a measurable, sustainable, and lasting impact through a mentoring model, the following option is offered.

Model 1:

• 3 on site Shepherding Events – mentoring and workshops (2 days for each event)

Mentoring the Shepherd would include the following:
1. personal spiritual growth / coaching
2. leadership development / evaluation
3. vision casting

Workshops would focus on the following:
1. assessment of mission and vision of the overall ministry
2. staff and leadership development
3. team building exercises

• 1 Shadowing Event at the campus of Abiding Savior Free Lutheran (2 days)

Shadowing a ministry leader:
1. relationship building
2. organizational development
3. goal setting

Shadowing a ministry:
1. establishing the objective(s)
2. building an equipping model
3. creating analysis and assessment tools
